Formed to coordinate MSBOA upper and lower peninsula activities and to ensure upper peninsula involvement in all MSBOA functions.
Organizes an annual Michigan Youth Arts Festival with an all-state band, orchestra, and jazz ensemble. Outstanding soloists, also perform with guest orchestras.
